Our annual workforce survey is now in its 7th year- this provides us with a vital snapshot of the pay, conditions, hours of work, qualification levels etc of Scotland's OSC workforce. This information is of use to all workers and services and it also provides us with much needed statistics when, on your behalf, we lobby government and policy makers.

However, we need your help and we would be grateful if you could encourage all members of staff to take part. The survey should only take about 5 minutes, is anonymous, and if you wish to provide an email address for the prize draw, then this will be stored separately; two lucky winners will be randomly selected -1st prize winning £60 and 2nd prize winning £40.
