As childcare organisations we know that many of you are looking for staff to fill childcare vacancies, however, you might also need support with the business and administration side of things- this session with SDS could provide you with practical ideas and support for the overall running of your business.

In this hour-long session Gary Gray, Skills for Growth Manager at Skills Development Scotland will talk through the process, and benefits of, Modern Apprenticeships not just in childcare but also business administration and IT.

He will also provide further information about the Flexible Workforce Development Funding, a fund which supports small-to-medium businesses in Scotland to up-skill and re-skill their employees, and Skills for Growth which is a free consultancy service to support workforce development and planning.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
